I appreciate the effort and professionalism shown during the move; however, several of my furniture items were significantly damaged during the process. My adjustable bed is now completely non-functional, my couch has a broken leg making it unstable, and my credenza has visible scratches. All items were in good condition prior to the move and were not delivered in the same condition. I am currently working through the Resolution Center to address these issues and reach a fair resolution. I would recommend careful handling and thorough documentation for future moves.

We have documented conversations with you and one of the gentlemen that work the job stating that you are getting the items moved once again after them. And you are now trying to make claims on things that was damaged by someone else. None of these items that you are claiming damaged were broken at the time of the job. And you are trying to make claims for a job that happened a week ago. The level of damages that you have tried to make playing with us is something that would not go unseen for six whole days.
