Crew arrived over 2 hours late, immediately took a 45-minute break, and worked at an unacceptably slow pace. The job booked for 6 hours was left incomplete after multiple days. Many belongings were dropped, dragged, or gouged across floors, causing extensive and sometimes irreplaceable damage to furniture, flooring, and walls. Items were inexplicably taken apart, reassembled incorrectly, or left scattered throughout the new home. Crew was loud well past 10 p.m., discussing fistfights, and appeared unfit for work. A team member attempted to solicit double payment via CashApp despite all transactions being through U-Haul. Rental truck returned at 1 a.m. smelling strongly of smoke, inflating a $50 fee to $300. What should have been $600 for a single day ballooned into thousands in labor costs plus over $100K in damages, forcing us to hire another mover to finish the job and repair the harm done. This experience was unprofessional, financially damaging, and completely unacceptable.
