  I would NOT recommend. By far the worst moving experience ever. The movers dont know how to pack a truck. They were only there for 2 hrs and didnt pack the heaviest, largest furniture until the last 30 min. I had to keep asking them when they were going to put the furniture in the truck. They packed moving boxes first and as a result, there wasn't enough room for the furniture. They wasted so much time thinking about how they would get everything to fit after they had already packed 40 boxes and no furniture! They packed heavy boxes on top of boxes labeled FRAGILE. I paid them for an extra hour to get the furniture packed because I wouldn't have been able to lift it on my own once they left (but had they packed this first, I could have packed the moving boxes on my own once the 2 hrs was up). And I ended up stopping them after 30 min of the additional hr because they were still wasting time money. I took everything they packed out, repacked it and got everything to fit on my own.

  I had just driven a large moving truck across the state and was physically and mentally exhausted when I arrived in Dallas. Mark’s Prime Moving was scheduled to unload everything into my storage unit the following morning, and honestly, this was the part of the move I was most anxious about. I just needed it to go smoothly. Don and his team not only showed up but exceeded every expectation. They were professional, kind, and moved with both speed and care. Even though I had packed well, I was blown away that they had everything unloaded in under an hour, thoughtfully and efficiently. I felt completely at ease the whole time, and they even helped me reload a few items I later took for donation. I would book them again in a heartbeat. Five stars without hesitation.
