  • I would not recommend solid step relocation. The day they were supposed to arrive they were 3 hours behind due to weather and traffic, but then it seemed like they rushed our move. They did not use any of the FREE furniture covers that Uhaul provides leading to a lot of preventable damage on our brand new nursery furniture. Majority of our items were in heavy duty totes so it was only a few items that needed covered. The most shocking part was them sliding our uncovered nursery dresser across the pod and completely damaging that side of the dresser. When I reached out to the movers, they only offered half off and then completely ghosted. Bad customer service, communication, and common sense. DO NOT USE unless you want your furniture ruined. Absolutely negligent and careless.
