The two movers themselves were fantastic! They worked HARD in the heat and with stairs to load our boxes. 10 out of 10 for the movers! The coordinator left a little bit of a bad taste in our mouth asking us via text - Start quote. I hate to say this to customers, but this kind of work in this heat and on these stairs isn't easy. Please have some water ready, and give the guys a nice tip when they're done. Thanks. End quote. We had already planned to have both water and a tip, but for the coordinator to be so blunt as to state it ahead of time was a little off putting. Thankfully the service of the two movers themselves made up for it! The movers themselves were fantastic!!!
