I had to call 3 times before I got in touch with anyone to schedule the time for the movers to arrive. They were to arrive at 10 a.m. on the day of the move, at 1015 I called because they had not arrived yet. They told me they were still 30 minutes out. They did not arrive until 45 minutes after our scheduled time. My son and husband had started unloading because they were tired of waiting. Once they arrived they were very courteous and quick to work.
