  • The guys who helped us load, were very nice just very slow. It took very long to load our stuff and we ended up having to add on additional hours. Also, it just seemed like they took frequent breaks and our entertainment stand got chipped. But otherwise, they were nice.

    We are sorry that you feel that we took a long time loading your 20 foot truck with 3 flights of stairs, I had mentioned to you that if you had read that every flight you should add 1 hour, we took breaks because we were moving as fast as possible with it being very hot and the truck was parked atleast 50 feet away from the 3 flights of stairs. Once again we are sorry you were not pleased with our work performance. And I was willing to bring the heavier things down at no extra charge as well, we were asked to stay and help finish and that was fine with us. We are sorry that you were unhappy with our performance.
