• The two helpers arrived earlier than expected and were very friendly and ready to work. They were quick in loading our items into the truck. The only complaint we have is that while they were efficient in bringing down our items and getting them in the truck, they did not do a great job of situating the items inside the truck. Instead of doing the larger items like the mattress first and perhaps securing on one side of the truck, they did all of the smaller items and boxes first, and then placed the mattress on top without any good support to hold the mattress up. It was just floating on top of the other stuff. Once we started driving, the mattress and some of the other larger items shifted, falling down and causing some damage to some of our other items. We also had to be careful when opening the trailer door for fear that some of the items would fall out because they had shifted so much. They were great at the labor part but did not seem very experienced at the loading part.

• There was a language barrier so communicating what was being loaded was difficult but they were respectful and did their best to communicate and we got most things sorted and loaded. The Uhaul was a bit too small for everything so there was a bit of a conflict on what was most important and should be loaded. I was a bit displeased with how things were organized in the truck because there’s a lot of unused space and unnecessary gaps where things could have been better organized to fit more belongings. And how they got some of the furniture and other things down the stairs was a bit uncomfortable. Throwing down boxes and furniture, sturdy or non-fragile items or not, isn’t the best way to endear clients to sign you again in the future. Otherwise I was quite pleased with the service and the price.
