  • Overall, the process was adequate. We received a call the day before to schedule the unload and they provided a point of contact. On the day, the team was 45 minutes late to unload, leaving us standing around waiting. It took three phone calls to track them down but once they showed up, they were fine.

  • John and George were on time, efficient and master packers. Everything was solid in the moving van, not one rattle. They were super flexible and I was so grateful in their willingness to drop off at additional locations. Would totally come back to service Youmas business.
