• Terrible work , they took more than 8 hours , they broke my dry wall and the workers were going for smoke every 30 mins and also go to truck and spend 5. Ins for each trip They dragged their work for more than 8 hours , when I compliant to the customer services they have no courtesy Also they started taking pictures without even tell why and all my personal belongings were captured on individual cell phone Terrible service I

  Thank you for your feedback, but we must provide context regarding this move. This job was completed in 9-degree, post-winter storm conditions. You requested 2 movers for a job that required 4, as the inventory was much larger than discussed. We filled a 26ft truck to the brim twice, completing two full trips. Considering the heavy inventory plus the disassembly and reassembly of three bed sets, tables, and a home gym, completing this in 8 billed hours is actually very fast. Despite being on-site for 10 hours, you were only billed for 8 hours of active labor; you were not charged for any breaks. At your request, our team took extra time to remove shoes at both locations to protect your floors from snow and salt. Regarding the photos, it is standard policy to document the load for safety. Finally, you have not provided proof of damages, which we informed you could be easily repaired if shown. We stand by the hard work our crew put in under these extreme conditions.
