the mover did not call us nor they lifted our call. they never showed up .

This company didn't show up after confirming the exact time with us a couple weeks out. They didn't respond to our messages and the school had to do this part of the move alone. I cancelled the second day with them and then hired someone else through UHaul. Someone did call from this company later and apologize, but we had already completed the move ourselves and cancelled the next day.

Papa Bear Movers arranged with us a couple weeks ago to be here at 3:30pm to help move furniture out of high school office. We tried to contact them to confirm several days out but they didn't return our calls. Today they aren't responding again and they aren't here to do the work. We would like someone else to come tomorrow. We will need a refund for the 9/15/23 movers, but would like to reschedule someone to come out tomorrow evening.
