I have no fault for the work Ricky and Miguel did during the move. Both of them were efficient and excellent to work with. The issue is with the communication with the scheduler and the fact information is not readily available. I received a text a week out asking to confirm pickup, dropoff and a preferred time, but never received any confirmation about my response. Then I'm texted at 10 the night before talking about a stair fee that I did not account for. Then evidently the full scope of the move was not relayed to the movers, so they had to ask if they were unloading and where. If it was just Ricky and Miguel, I would hire them again in a heartbeat, but the communication breakdowns trouble me.
