  One of the guy on site make all kinds of excuse not to work and try to charge extra fees. He said there is heavy lifting charges, multiple stop charges, staircase charges, etc. He call his management probably 10 to 12 times during 2hrs of service. so everything was very slow. He doesn't want to touch anything other than what's going to a truck. He said he is a help for 'Strictly Moving only'. I used moving help 5 or 6 times in the past, but never had so much trouble with moving help company before. I do NOT recommend this company at all.

  Juan and Tony do is an excellent job. On time. Took care of both the furniture and walls of homes. Great work

  The customer service experience was extremely poor. The movers arrived late without communication, lacked necessary equipment like dollies, and worked inefficiently, leading to delays. They struggled with heavy furniture, causing further delays. Despite repeated inquiries about using a dollie, they cited increased costs as a reason for not using one. Their inefficiency extended to the new building, where they mishandled elevator usage and failed to move a couch properly, leaving it by the dumpster. The overall experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory, leading the customer to vow never to use their services again.
