It was a very hot day, but these guys were not prepared at all. They were very slow, and didn't bring any water with them .One guy was MIA for a long time sitting in the air conditioned car.The other guy did most of the work. Our main concern was getting the boxes we had marked to go into the basement and because of this they did not get some of the heavy boxes in the basement. I was very frustrated.

Robert was very responsive and easy to work with. He was helpful when the U-haul computer systems were having issues and he was professional and kind. The two guys that came out were efficient and friendly. I would use them again next time we have a move to make!
