  • I’m changing my initial review due to my U-Haul not being packed correctly. The glass lamp shade to one of my lamps fell and shattered on the ground due to it not being secured properly. When I called to try to rectify the situation I was met with gaslighting, excuses, rudeness, and unnecessarily raised voice. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to especially as a disabled veteran to be treated this way. I would have put zero stars but I’m not able to.
