  • The crew manager Brian was prompt in getting everything set up for my last minute move, pleasure to work with him to set everything up in detail. The crew made quick work of loading boxes and furniture, moving from an upstairs Victorian apartment to a single story home within the city. Unload was less than half the time. Would have taken hours longer without the help. Great job. Highly recommend to anyone moving that could use a hand. Well worth the money to save time and energy.

    Ready to Move

  • The move was scheduled for 3 00 pm and they initially asked me to be ready by 2 00 pm which I was. However due to personal reasons they did not show up until 4 45 pm. Then to make matters worse one of the movers had an office meeting at 6 00 pm and left to attend it. That left me and the other mover to unload and haul everything ourselves. I honestly cannot believe this happened especially after waiting that long and being ready on time.

    Our team made it very clear to you that you have 2 hours. You were completely unprepared. We have a evening job. Not a office appointment after you. If you wanted more time you should have booked more time. Don't estimate that you can load and unload a move in just 2 hours unless it's like 1 or 2. Items that's not gonna happen. It takes much longer, that's called life.

  • Ricardo and the other mover were AMAZING! I booked them for a two hour slot and they moved my entire one bedroom in 15 minutes. Great communication, easy move.
