Jose and Yohan were super efficient, very organized, and came prepared for the move. They brought their own carts and dollies, which I was super grateful for since the storage unit didn’t have any carts available when we first arrived. Once we were able to locate some additional carts, both Jose and Yohan filled every cart efficiently and packed up the Budget truck very organized. They helped us strap or bungee everything down to make sure nothing moved or got damaged. We drove from the storage unit in Miami to our new house in Dundee and had no issues with items moving around or getting damaged. Everything was exactly the way they loaded it! Jose and Yohan were very communicative before arriving, keeping me updated on their arrival time. They even showed up 10 minutes early and immediately got to work! They were super friendly and made sure we liked the way they were loading up the truck. They were done in an hour! We didn’t even use up the full two hour slot. We appreciated them!
