• Arrived early, they were professional, and they were quick. So glad we had them load our things. They took care to wrap, load and stra everything to where I feel confident it won't move.

• I had a very disappointing experience with this moving service and would not recommend them. From the start, there was confusion as the movers provided conflicting company names, and one team member arrived late. The job primarily involved moving boxes, yet the process was extremely inefficient. After an hour, most items were still not moved, and I had to step in and assist with loading and unloading myself. I was instructed to send an additional $220 via Zelle directly to Jonathan Spencer, outside of the Moving Help platform. I later learned this was against policy, but at the time I was told it was necessary to complete the job. Despite this extra payment, the job was left incomplete, forcing me to finish moving items on my own. To make matters worse, several irreplaceable items, including china, were damaged during the move. After the job, I received multiple calls requesting even more money, which was unacceptable. I requested a full refund and no response, yet! I would stay away!
