We scheduled the u box to be delivered 1 and 2pm and there was an issue Uhaul not having a box ready for pick up with the first u box from uhaul and the movers were swift to let me know of the delay and they were going to get another box but the delay was only 20 minutes. So helpful and professional with great communication. We needed it picked up before 3 so we could make our flight and it worked perfectly and effortlessly. I appreciate them with their timeliness and keeping us updated.
