  I got what I paid for. Chose the lowest price option thinking the job was simple, 2 guys for 2 hrs to load a truck mostly with furniture. The guys were nice and prompt, however they did not bring any moving equipment to help them, so they used my furniture Dolly. The truck was very poorly loaded with the couch being out upside down on my recliner. Many of the items fell over in the 30 min drive and several items including my desk were broken. Even with all of that, the worst part was the professionalism of the owner or manager, Craig. He attempted to changed the arrival time from morning to afternoon the day before the move which was not possible. After the job was complete he called me twice within an hour to ask me to tip his workers, stating they only made $20 an hour and they make their money from tips. I planned to tip but was currently driving the truck they just loaded. I'm not saying don't use these guys, just know you get what you pay for.

  These movers were wonderful to work with. They were on time and kept in constant communication making me aware of the progress and timing of the move. They did a final walkthrough with me before leaving to make sure nothing was missed. They were honest when finding jewelry that had fallen behind furniture they were moving. Would recommend them 100 percent
