Mark and Nelson were so helpful, kind and understanding. They are true professionals at the job, taking care of my things and stacking items carefully. They helped me sort out a difficult, heavy, and large item by choosing to carry it down 3 flights of stairs without complaint. They are the best! 10 out of 10!

Moving from Burlington to Brampton. Originally booked as a load and unload for 3 hours. Was told by company to cancel order and book as separate load and unload for 2 hours each. Because they didn’t want to pay for workers travel time from each city and they could send local workers. Sounds fair but they sent workers from Brampton that arrived by Uber. They arrived 30 minutes late after confirming times that morning. Then they asked for a ride back to Brampton so they could unload. (What?) Very hard to get a hold of this company. I msgd and called several times over 3 days after booking the movers to confirm arrangements and arrival time. Workers seemed very new. Only 1 spoke English (barely). But they seemed nice and worked hard. They broke a window in a screen door. I was overcharged for the services on the final bill. Curiously, they charge $10 more to unload than to load.
