If you are in need of a mover, Marcus is amazing. Our movers did a no-show and Marcus was able to get to us in just a few hours to move us the same day. He and Michael worked so hard and really just made our day finish so much better than it started. They were so professional, courteous and so careful with all of our furniture. I reserved with another helping business who never reached out to me and never answered any of my attempts to contact so when I cancelled the day before I needed them and I scheduled this reservation with Move & Groove, they called me within a few hours to confirm. Even though we scheduled last minute and had a pretty wide timeframe we would be showing up at our new house due to travel, they were very accommodating and were okay with me giving them a solidified time only an hour before. When the helpers showed up, they worked well together and I noticed immediately how they took a lot of care around walls and doorframes and didn’t hit anything on the walls once. I like when movers don’t work too quickly and instead focus on taking care of our things. We were very grateful for their help.
