ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE attitude. Whining and complaining from the second he walked up to set the tone so he could leave early. Complained about moving lifhtweight items twice when I changed my mind, it took him 5 minues, when I said I have you for two hours he literally told me he wanted to work one hour and get paid for two. Said his name was Sam but I'm sure he lied about that, he could have been the owner.

Movers did not inquire, insist nor stated they wanted to depart early, they only provided the customer with an estimate for completion time as per protocol. Customer requested 11 items moved then removed repeatedly in which the movers still completed within the 5 minutes that customer referred to in the review, that were also located between two storages while enduring a horrendous unbearable stench. We will do our best to provide awesome customer service skills, however we do request that customers have their items prepared with an idea in mind where everything would like to be stored or placed.
