Faceless company utilizing a call center to handle customer service. Our move was delayed and rescheduled several days due to incompetent scheduling and failure to address the issue that delayed the move on the original day. Furthermore, the call center staff repeatedly asked for the PIN number prior to completion of the move. The movers were kind but inexperienced. Overall, this was our worst moving experience full of frustration and empty promises from the person answering your calls. No accountability or regard to customers time or circumstances. They will complete your move but on their own time and terms.
