  • Not the most professional movers - on phone, communication during the move could have been better. They had their ladies in car waiting on them and our wood floor in one room was scraped pretty badly in a few areas from pushing furniture and not picking it up. Gave them a tip onsite not via app.

  • One of the movers tried moving a bed frame without help and damaged the piece. I tried reaching out to the manager-owner via text and have not received a response. I even tipped them for their work. I just wish for communication and a response and some sort of communication and reimbursement for the damage the guy caused.

    We made it clear to the customer that we are not the crew to appoint the damage to we did not load the customer's furniture we only unload for this particular customer in which we noticed a lot of damage from the previous company that helped them move customer also did not have any blankets as we noticed a lot of items scratched and dented and dinged.
