Don't expect great service. Duke doesn't answer his phone. He arrived an hour late. And I had to call and call to find when he would arrive. But once they got here they worked hard. And they got everything packed and loaded in the 4 hour time window. Not a bad experience. But if Duke could just keep customers informed better, he could be a rock star mover.
