  • The crew was supposed to be there at 3 pm, we received a text that they were delayed on another job and would arrive shortly. At 440pm we received a text from the crew they were in traffic and would arrive shortly. At 530pm pm I called the office to be told they were on another job. ASAP finally sent a new crew to do the unloading which was finished shortly after 8 pm. This was totally unacceptable. The crew who did the actual job was very good.
