I booked two movers for a two-man move. Only one person showed up—late, without a dolly or any tools as promised. I’m a single mom and couldn’t move large items down the stairs by myself. I ended up giving away three major pieces of furniture because I physically couldn’t move them and was out of time. The company didn’t apologize, offered no reimbursement, and ignored my dispute completely. I even had to Uber to Target to buy tools just to get through the move. They broke two pieces of furniture while disassembling my beds and left a large scrape on the wall. When I asked where the second mover was, I was told they didn't show up because they had been arrested.

Paid for 2 movers. Only 1 showed up over 3 hours late. Called company several times with no response to correct the problem. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else that is professional and completes the job that was paid for!
