    My team and I went above and beyond to help with your move in spite of the difficulties your extreme tardiness and hazardous apartment conditions presented. In the end, you expressed a great deal of gratitude for our help, however, this review not only misrepresents your own words post move completion - but it also completely misrepresents the integrity of our business as a whole. We pride ourselves on doing exceptional work, and this was nothing short of that. If there was any fault in our efforts I would gladly admit such, but on this day it certainly was not. We worked extremely hard and carefully (as we always do). We chose to help out and complete the task in spite of the less than ideal working environment you presented for us without any complaint, and in the end despite your own words - you chose to falsely mischaracterize our business based on pure falsities. We believe in honest and fair feedback, but we also stand by the truth which this review simply does not represent.
