    I had booked two movers that were supposed to arrive at 11am on moving day. They didn't show up and I didn't even get a call from the team until 30 minutes later informing me that the movers had gotten into an accident and would not arrive so they were scheduling alternate movers. Unfortunately only one mover arriver at 1pm and the other mover didn't arrive until after 3pm which was very unhelpful given that two people are required to move the larger pieces. While I appreciate that the company did ultimately assist with the larger pieces of furniture and said they would not charge me, I am giving an honest review because of the lack of communication, the intense frustration they added to the already stressful moving day, and the fact that the movers ended up damaging the edges of the cabinet they moved.
