The company wasn't clear on packing material. It wasn't provided. It wasn't clarified during booking, therefore we had to run out and obtain packing material. They were packing kitchen glasses in my plastic rubbermaid containers vs boxes. They had to be redirected several times. Overall they were nice gentleman.
