• They hired 2 people who I believe were homeless for my move. One of the movers only had 1 hand, and the other stole $80 out of my wallet and verbally assaulted me. Neither of whom had any apparent moving experience. My landlord withheld $350 from my security deposit for damage the movers caused, which I pointed out to StrongMovingTeam during the move and they assured me they would cover. They haven't responded to my calls or texts since. The owner told me his name was Mark, his employees thought his name was Pete, and Uhaul say's it's Nelson. He paid one of the workers in cash when he dropped him off at our house, and he never paid the one with 1 arm (who was waiting for me at the Uhaul center when I dropped off my truck). The move started an hour late, and took substantially longer than it should have. With all the issues we had, I searched Craigslist and found the ad 'Pete' used for the move, and several others for similar moves. Simply put, this is not a moving company. Stay away.

  We take this matter seriously, but several claims in this review are inaccurate. We strongly deny any allegation of theft, as no evidence has been provided. Claims of this nature should be handled through proper channels. Any assumptions about our workers are inappropriate and do not reflect our standards. Our team is sent to complete the job as requested. Regarding damages, moving heavy items in tight spaces can sometimes result in minor contact. We were not provided with verified documentation or given the opportunity to assess the situation. We stand by our service and are open to reviewing any legitimate concerns supported by evidence.

• The crew was on time, professional, and took great care with my grandmother’s furniture. I would definitely use them again!
