  • maybe they need a supervisor to delegate. Seeing that i paid for movers, i don’t think i should have had to delegate every single action for them. Everything was already stacked up, ready to move and i still had to let them know how to load up the truck and what to move next. they were very nice and professional but i don’t think i should have had to pay for the service i received. Then they showed up with not one single tool. i told the person who reached out after signing up that i had stairs. I was asked if i needed assembly with my service. Common sense would say that since my bed and dressers are upstairs, that it would need to be disassembled first and reassembled at the new location. I moved just as much as the employees did but they got paid.
