My two moving helpers showed up a few minutes early and were very motivated to get my truck loaded. They weren't necessarily experienced movers, but their hearts were in the right place. A couple things were dropped or scratched but not more than I would have done myself in the Florida heat. My helpers were from Cuba and Venezuela and while their English wasn't perfect, it was good enough to get the job done. My biggest worry was that my helpers wouldn't show up because I had read that was the biggest problem with this UHaul service. The lack of text response and the inability to call the moving company didn't make me feel more confident but, in the end, I got the help I needed at a good price and my truck was loaded on-time.
