  • I reached out to customer service through chat and they sent an urgent email to the MH and provided me a copy. Several hours later, I still haven't heard from the MH. I have tried to call the number listed at UHaul.com, with no answer, and no other way to reach them. I would like a refund back to my credit card.

  • When they arrived they said they wont move anyone with a dog. We never had anything told to us about no dogs. We could have locked her up in a seperate room or even let her stay with a neighbor. The movers just said we should know not to have dogs. When we spoke to the dispatcher about the move we went over all of the details and this was not an issue. I cant believe they treat elderly people with such disrespect.
