  They had 4 hours to move a 2BR apartment with the hope of doing at least part of our storage unit move. They didn't even get half the apartment moved, they spent so much time cutting up and complaining about not getting paid enough and NOT moving our items. They very carefully timed their unloading to be 5 minutes before our 4 hours were up. This was after i had to constantly move things to the right locations after my instructions were ignored. 2 of the guys were very kind but one of them just nodded at me and ignored anything i said, once even saying no, this is too heavy i'm leaving it here. I'm a 51 year old weak person and i was able to pick up the bag and move it after he refused. Today we had to hire another company to complete the move which they did, including loading and relocating items from a full 10x20 storage unit all in 2 hours. I couldn't afford this but was left with no choice.

  This was a job for packing, 2 hours. I was going to have them start in the dining room, do kitchen next and then the game closet. They didn't finish dining OR kitchen and never got past that. There were 3 of them having such a good time hanging out that they only got 8 boxes packed. I had to repeat instructions multiple times and they still ignored them. They skipped whole important sections and then said they didn't know (after i was very clear).We had to end up doing most of it ourselves. It was so frustrating and not worth the money.
