  • While movers were loading boxes on a dolly inside my apartment to take to the truck, they knocked over several boxes and my toolbox. They also loaded the truck in an almost careless manner without any sort of organization to ensure my contents would not be damaged. While unloading the truck at the destination, pieces of my bedframe had fallen off the dolly the movers were transporting and scraped against the side of the storage unit. I also observed several items were damaged after they had already been unloaded from the truck into the storage unit. I didn’t know that I had the option of not providing the payment code when they were done as I have only used this service once before, but now I wish that I had not. This company will not treat your items with care and respect. My items have survived moves from North Carolina to Missouri to Virginia, but didn’t survive being moved across the James. Either move items yourself, or hire an actual professional company.
