  • The service itself was smooth and efficient, but there was a language barrier. I was charged for additional time (which is fine), but the company didn't call me personally and told the movers to charge me and pay for the extra time through Cash App or Apple Pay which was very unprofessional & suspicious; this should've been handled through U-haul and the movers were very adamant about getting their payment code before the end of service. If I could do it all over again I would've hired professionals because you definitely get what you pay for.
