I had hired and paid for 2 movers to help, At 0830 one mover showed up to begin the job. The 2nd mover did not show until we were almost done loading the truck. When I mean we the mover and myself. The 2nd mover only moved 2 items. Once the truck was loaded, we went to the next location. I saw the 2nd mover make a uturn and never showed up. Again the1 mover and I unload the truck. I texted the company and was told he got a flat? I asked for a full refund on the 2nd mover and was initially told no. In the end they only refunded $150 of the $250 citing the job was done, While I disagreed with this since I paid for 2 movers and they took my money up front with no issues. But I was not in the mood to fight and go through the process through the bank. While the person on the other end never communicate that the other worker had a 'flat'I still feel it is unfair to pay for 2 workers and only get a partial refund when required to pay up front.
