I could not have asked for better help moving into my new apartment. Charles & Jared were awesome! They showed up on time and were super friendly. Despite the delayed access to the loading dock and service elevator from the person before me, they still managed to complete the unload within the allotted time window. Highly recommend!
These guys were phenomenal. Professional and courteous and SO strong. I have extremely heavy furniture and these guys had no problems getting it down my flight of stairs and safely loaded. They also completed the 3-hour job in about 2 hours. Would definitely recommend.
I received emails prior from Danielle letting me know I was confirmed and was very responsive when i replied with questions. She called the day before my mom to confirm the time and details. The movers texted an eta 15 minutes before arriving which was exactly would be right within the expected time. They didn’t just move my things, they set up and helped with advice and placed everything exactly where I needed it. They were professional and worked hard the entire time. I was impressed, very happy!
