• The day before our scheduled arrival, I knew neither my daughters nor I could move heavy boxes and beds up three flights of stairs. Hiring professionals to unpack the truck was our only option. Efficient Moving Tactician came through—Matt responded immediately. Despite our cross-country move arriving late, Matt and Alan arrived on time, fully equipped, and began work without delay. In the intense heat and challenging climb, they unpacked the truck swiftly and carefully. Their professionalism shined as they handled furniture and boxes with speed and care. They were also wonderfully accommodating—navigating two destinations and maneuvering items upstairs from the back of the truck. I encountered zero issues. Matt and Alan were courteous, efficient, and hardworking, making a potentially stressful move completely seamless. If I could give more than five stars, I would—they exceeded every expectation.

• Matt contacted me the day prior to confirm date and time. On the day of the move I I asked to reschedule for an earlier time and they were able to accommodate. The two helpers were very professional and helpful. They unloaded my belongings from a U-Haul trailer as well as from my truck and into my home. They made sure to place everything where I requested. They worked efficiently and everything went smoothly!

• Could not have asked for a better experience. The team was extremely polite and worked quickly while taking great care of my belongings and loading them into the U-Box containers much more efficiently than I ever could have. Saved me hours and hundreds of dollars!
