• Communication with the owner was not pleasant after I asked to move the movers back a day due to 2 inches of rain on our original planned date and not wanting all my stuff or new house to get all wet.. the owner was more concerned with his business and schedule then the customers needs. After moving the date back but compromising on the timing movers did show up on time and did an excellent job of being professional, efficient, and very careful with our stuff. They even brought seran wrap and extra blankets. I wish we used them to help us unload. In the end we were happy with our experience from the movers.

  Actually to be honest and tell the honest truth you moved the booking twice with us which we obliged and had no problem doing so then you change the booking without me knowing so in the system and then you texted me and said you changed your booking date and time which I informed you politely that I would need to check my schedule because I was in the middle of a move but the date that you changed it to was a Friday which is our busiest day of the month I also informed you that we already had three other moves booked for that day that were previously booked weeks in advance You informed me that if I couldnt do the 11 AM start time then you would cancel with us and find a different company I informed you that I would have to check our schedule and get back to you We were able to meet in the middle for 1 PM The crew arrived on time Did an efficient and amazing job got everything accommodated for you in a timely and friendly demeanor but you chose to go on here and distort the truth
