    The helpers were scheduled to show up around 10a.m. When no one showed I discovered that the scheduled helpers were not able to work from a single text from the helper. I reached out to the company and they stated they had been trying to reach me, but no call or text log to prove that statement. I attempted multiple times to get a solution but I did not get a direct answer for over an hour. I thought I had lost having Movers...very upsetting. Finally a newly scheduled helper called to say they were on their way. The helpers were very good and efficient. The lower ratings are because of the lack of communication when the scheduled helpers did not show and no forthcoming information went on for over an hour. Not even to say new helpers had been scheduled.
