Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The guys were about 30 minutes late but worked hard. They weren't able to fit our king size mattress in and suggested two trips. But by the time they were finished unloading it at the new place it was 17 mins past the 3 hours I booked and I didn't want to have to pay for more time. Kind of frustrated they didn't move the biggest piece but, they did an amazing job of moving the majority of our other stuff. Thank you gentlemen!
Neither helper spoke English. It would be helpful to have at least one English speaking person on the team
We booked 2 movers for 2 hours and this guy showed up by himself, so my boyfriend ended up being the second mover. He was insanely late without telling us that he would be late. He dropped our items and was overall very careless. I would stay away from here. Yeah it’s cheap, but it was very unprofessional.
