• The Crew was fantastic. They helped me move alot of very heavy items with zero complaints. These gentlemen just wanted to get the work done. The phone operator was very suspect on payment. He suggested I cashapp his people. It felt odd, so I called UHaul and they confirmed I had already paid and the only thing I should give is the payment code. Once I called out the phone representative about the situation, he completely withdrew his Cashapp statement. Overall, great experience with the crew, just not the phone coordinator.

  We made it very clear that we do not get paid unless we have a payment code clear in the event that we do not have access to the website would simply leave only one option either way if we are unable to obtain a payment code the crew would have to be paid regardless which means you would have had to cancel your service and pay the people directly if we cannot get paid through a payment code our guys do not work for free..
