Unprofessional to work without hand trucks and dolly. Told me that U-Haul does not allow them to bring hand trucks but movers at my destination had them and said U-Haul does not have that policy.

I was just doing what I have been told just because they didn't wanna follow the rules doesn't mean I wasn't its unprofessional for a customer not to prepare for a move your moving not me I m there to help you and I did the best way I can I don't appreciate your slander on my work ethic sir I almost lost my finger trying my best to help you but I guess there are not any more honest people in this world anymore.
