The two young men who arrived to assist were friendly, efficient, and helpful. However, their main contact person could have provided better support when I called to check on their status - since the men were about 20 mins late. Rather than offering an apology or update, he immediately suggested canceling the appointment altogether. As I mentioned to him, I didn’t mind that they were running late, but I did expect a courtesy call or heads-up. Instead of showing empathy, he simply stated that traffic and parking were the cause — as if that required no notice or acknowledgment. Otherwise, the overall experience turned out well.
