  Quality is Key Movers

• This company is an absolute disgrace. They showed up late and so high I’m shocked they even found the door. Red eyes, zero urgency, smelling like a dispensary parking lot. Within minutes, they managed to break my server tower bent the top, door won’t close and then had the audacity to accuse me of lying. Claimed they had photos to prove it. Never showed a single one. Because they’re full of it. They refused to move several things just flat-out said no or acted like they forgot. Not just lazy, but smug about it. No respect, no effort, no clue. It felt less like movers showing up and more like two guys doing a prank at my expense. If you’re thinking of hiring them, don’t. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. These guys shouldn’t be trusted to carry a sandwich, let alone your valuables. I wouldn’t let them move a cardboard box again if it was on fire.

  We appreciate you taking the time to leave your review. As we discussed, we provided clear evidence showing there was no damage caused by our crew. Unfortunately, despite this proof, you remained unsatisfied and chose to leave a negative review. Our team worked diligently for 6 hours under challenging conditions, including constant supervision and unsolicited direction from both you and your wife. While we understand a homeowner's interest in the project, the level of oversight made it difficult for our crew to work comfortably. It is also worth mentioning that if our crew had truly been incompetent, as your review implies, it's inconsistent that you praised them at the end of the job and even gave them a tip. That seemed to reflect appreciation for their work, which makes the negative feedback all the more surprising. Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoy the rest of your evening!
