Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I hired 2 people for 2 hours. I asked how much it would cost to bring someone else in. I did not confirm I wanted 3 people for an additional hour. I told them I was happy with my original booking. They charged me an additional hour when they only worked an hour and a half. I tipped them $150 for the 3 people. They charged an extra $135 on top of the cost of initially hiring them. I was scammed.
If I could give no stars, I would. I addded and scheduked cleaning service with this company and the manager was fine during initial call be then very unprofessional when the morning of needed services when I needed to shift time. She was fine with it but then added a 3rd person to my order without my request and then made very unprofessional comments about the situation when she called me but was running her mouth and didn’t realize I answered the phone. I ended up just paying but dis not follow through with actually using their service because I of the negative and unprofessional energy. Would not recommend this company for moving or cleaning too many better options out there. To have to deal with their lackluster actions.
