I scheduled them for 9 AM on Saturday, they texted me at 9 PM Friday night telling me they’d be there at 1 PM instead. My refrigerator was damaged and I had to help them pack and motivate them to keep moving so that I could be on time to an appointment. They took over four hours.

The team was professional and helpful. While we did arrange for dollies and handtrucks, they brought their own just in case we weren't prepared. Two very thoughtful strong people. I was grateful for their professionalism and pleasant demeanor.
